The Diversity Game

The Diversity game is a remarkable game bringing the concept of diversity and inclusion to life using Aliens!  The storyline will engage learners and help them understand that there is a business case for diversity and inclusion. 

The overarching goal is to increase personal diversity awareness and increase inclusive behaviours to:

• Recognise own perceptions and biases

• Seek out differences that apply to colleagues and customers

• Acknowledge business impact of diversity

• Develop the knowledge to gain Familiarity, Comfort, and Trust

The Learner is a new employee at the Makrini Space Station, who will discover how his/her ability to use inclusive behaviours has a direct impact on the success of business, through both internal and external variables.  As the learner continues to make good decisions about using  these skills and will see increases in the company’s employee engagement, market sensitivity to price, market reputation and potential, customer satisfaction, product desirability – and in his/her own score and bank account balance!
