Serious Learning has created Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), a market leading software solution to deliver innovative TCF training solutions for each of the six TCF customer outcomes.

The Consulting Consortium has used their expertise in financial and training to develop a training solution delivering on each of the six consumer outcomes. Users participate in a one hour online educational experience which accelerates the learning process. Participants learn by actively taking part in the simulated real-world, a no risk environment to develop their skills and potential.

The simulation challenges the user to develop their understanding of TCF, the implications to their daily work, and encourages them to make sound decisions within a safe virtual environment. Once completed, the simulation gives specific feedback on each performance areas, and reporting is immediately available for review.
