It is a fact of life that sometimes firms will be instructed to undertake enforcement work by the regulators.
The monitoring team at Financial Services Authority are committed to higher levels of contact with small and medium firms especially.
This will undoubtedly lead to challenges for the firms; some of which have no experience of this type of exposure.
Over the past three years we have helped a number of firms with remediation work and investigative work to satisfy the regulator.
